As promised, here is the maple butter “recipe” it really doesn’t take much effort and can be adjusted easily for the amount you need. This is kind of just a guideline on the butter/syrup ratio, change it to suit your taste. Enjoy
1/4 cup butter, room temperature
1/8 cup maple syrup (or honey)
Dash salt if using unsalted butter
When butter is room temperature combine with maple syrup/honey and salt if needed using an electric mixer until blended. Use atop your favorite treat.
